WELCOME!
My multi-purpose music studio is located in the heart of South Minneapolis and available to all students interested in:
piano | voice | composition | singer-songwriting | recording | improvisation | music theory | performing
CREATE. PRACTICE. RECORD. PERFORM.
It is my goal to provide a comfortable space for students to create, practice, record, and perform their musical art. My teaching style adapts with each student and lessons are structured in a way that makes music fun and enjoyable. I believe communication and student input is an important part to a successful education and helps me incorporate student's interests in their learning. Finding motivation to practice can be tough, so I make sure to set weekly goals, help students discover motivating incentives, and give them performances to look forward to.
COMMUNITY
In my years of living in Minneapolis, I have come across many young musicians looking for a place to explore their interests in music. After realizing the need for one-on-one education, I decided to make it my goal to reach out to the community and provide a space for all students to explore, develop, and perfect their musical talents.
LESSONS
** As of now, my studio is on a permanent hold until further notice. It WILL be back and when it does, I’ll be sure to reach out with registration information. **
OPEN TO ALL AGES
Lessons are open to students of all ages and ability levels. Trial lessons are also available if you want to try it out before signing up for an entire semester.
JOIN AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR
Lessons are divided into semesters that are SIX weeks long. At the end of each semester there are TWO 'add-on' weeks for make up lessons if needed.
TUITION
Lessons: $25 per half hour. Payment of $150 is due at the beginning of each semester.

online lessons
Live in a different state? No problem. Unable to travel to my home studio? No problem. Technology today has made it possible for us to bridge the distance gap between my studio and families around the country. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smart phone and an internet connection. All lessons are done via ZOOM which is a free program with no sign up necessary. If you are interested in online lessons, please contact me and we can get you all set up for online learning!

As vaccination rates increase, there is hope that in-person lessons for all ages will be back soon! The decision to press pause on the studio was a hard one but I promise, I’ll Be Back!
